In the Comments section of the order form, include the Item #'s and names of the art you would like to order. along with your credit card information ( Name as it appears on card, card number, expiration date, 3 digit security code located on the back of card, & your address with zip code) or what other form of payment you would like to use ( By mail submitted check payment or in cash if you are picking up personally from our location ).

* When ordering a Military sign please include Branch of service, proudly serving or served, & the name for personalization just as you want it to say on Banner & the "ship to" address.

** As soon as I find out the "ship to" zip code I will let you know what the shipping will be. ( An example of shipping cost : 1 Military sign with banner & 2 poles going to Baltimore, Maryland - shipping from Texas was only $24.00 )
